Exclusive Pass on Demand (EPOD) Program:
The EPOD Program enables users to enjoy many of the benefits of having exclusive services from High Resolution Satellite, in a risk-free program. The service offers the customer all the below mentioned benefits at a relatively low cost.  In the proposed EPOD service the customer is the only one in the loop of satellite tasking and imagery reception, therefore it has the majority of the benefits as having his own satellite.

How Does it work

ImageSat will upgrade the Customer’s ground station to enable the customer to autonomously Task the EROS satellite and directly receive all the acquired imagery (The same minimal modification as required for the SOP program above).

The Customer will choose (in advance) and notify ImageSat of the relevant orbits that he would like to have full control over. In the selected pass, the customer will create and transmit to the satellite the acquisition command file. The satellite will acquire the images as planned and will downlink them to the Customer Ground Station in real-time.

Images collected will be for the exclusive use of the customer unless otherwise agreed with ImageSat.

EPOD Program Advantages:

• Exclusivity:  EPOD Customer have exclusive control of the EROS satellite camera during the selected orbit passes. The customer exclusively receives and owns all imagery acquisitions collected in the requested orbit passes.
• Autonomy:  ImageSat’s operational approach provides EPOD Customer full and independent control (including tasking) to use the satellite's camera in the selected orbit passes while the satellite is over its communication footprint.
• Secrecy:  EPOD Customer enjoy complete secrecy of its intelligence-gathering activities, as the entire operation is conducted exclusively from its ground station, without ImageSat’s involvement and with no reporting requirement to ImageSat or any regulatory body. 
• Flexibility: EPOD Customer selects the imaging parameters (imaging resolution, scanning angle, integration time etc’) and priority for each acquisition tasked. The Customer can update the acquisition command file up to thirty minutes before the selected EROS orbit pass.  The Customer selects the orbit passes according to his interest.
• Real-time:  EPOD Customer receive a direct downlink of EROS imagery to its ground station in real-time as the satellite passes over its Ground Station footprint during the selected orbit pass.
• Risk free:  EPOD Customer receive the benefits of using the EROS High-Resolution Satellite for its regional imaging needs, without incurring the considerable risk, time or expense involved in developing, funding and deploying its own satellite program. Customer only pay for the services received.
• Multi-user Government license to use the data within any Government program/Agency
